After my experience with Autozone wiper motors I'd go with AC Delco....don't want to do the labor 2x!

I need the same my left if crunchy on the way down, took the door panel off some lube made it a bit quieter but guess its another part that won't last the life of the car.

So how long before failure once the grinding starts? Probably should just replace now, hate to get stuck with window down!

I have an excellent 2001 c5 passenger side window regulator for sale.
Also, glass and all door parts and wiring.
Best offer for any of the parts.

I recently had the same issue. I purchased from Southern Car Parts. It was a refurbed part but it was $99 and worked perfectly. I would recommend them 100%. Good luck.

Not exactly C5 related but.............the passenger side regulator went out on my 03 Silverado. Replaced it with an aftermarket version i got off of Ebay. Noticeable difference in the speed of it going up and down verses the OEM unit on the drivers side.

Purchased an aftermarket regulator from 1AAuto.com. Worked well for 60 days, then stopped working today. I'm waiting to see the response since it is still under warranty. Worked perfectly until today.

Get a AC Delco replacement unit and forget about it.
