Default Rough idle/No Start

I'm at a loss for where to go next on my car. Car was running fine a few days ago. Pulled in the garage with no issues and nothing out of the ordinary. Now the car won't start. If it does start, it sputters and shuts off. A good bit of fuel smoke dumps out of the back of it. Pulled the active codes on my DIC. Only one is P0108 C. I know this is the MAP sensor. I replaced it. Checked my vacuum lines. Car still won't start. Same issue. Pulled both valve covers and checked my springs. All are there and intact. Car has full exhaust, catted x pipe, no rear 02's, milled 243's and a cam. Everything seems correct. Anyone had any experience with this issue? I'm off work all week so I'd like to drive the dang thing.

I ran the codes with the DIC. I did not clear them. The map sensor code is current. When I say it doesn't start, I mean it turns over for a while. Fuel is there. Generally won't fire. If it does fire, it runs extremely rough for a very short amount of time before it stalls completely out.

All cleared. Repulled after failed attempt to start the car. Same code as previously posted.

P0108 C

This is the only current code.

"Them" referring to history codes on the traction control that were also in there.

I got it sorted out. I suppose a lot of my confusion was the tune. The car didn't set any other codes. It ended up being the MAF. I unplugged it and all of issues went away. The car still hasn't given me a code for the MAF but has cleared the MAP code after three engine cycles. I suppose this is what I get for buying an already modded car.
