Found a bare wire; please help identify
I was doing my first brake / rotor change on newly purchased c5 and I noticed a plug that had a bear wire. I am trying to identify the plug so I can replace it. Any help is appreciated!
This is in front of the rear wheel well, driver side.

looks like your fuel pump connector... whether you decide to repair or replace it get that done asap

Unless the wire is broken or the connector is broken I wouldn't replace it. They sell liquid tape at most hardware stores or Home Cheapo. Clean off the wire and connector and then paint on a coat or two of liquid tape. Better than the original insulation on the wire.

Just needs some new replaceable insulation. Liquid Electrical tape! WONDERFUL STUFF!
