VaraRam install question
I have a question about the foam filter. When I tighten the airbox the outside ring of foam starts to compress and it squeezes outside the airbox. Is that the way it is supposed to fit on, should the foam squeeze to the outside of the airbox? It looks sloppy and it probably will leak air.

Mine looks the same as you describe since I got the newest version of their filter. It is sealed properly and functioning very well but there is a lot of foam gasket material protruding from the air box.
