New owner. Fueling map question
Prices start generally at $149 if you send your ECM to them to have a generic tune installed (referred to as a mail-order tune). They can customize it as you need within the limitations of the circumstances of not being able to test it as they go but people seem to have good luck with this. Chuck at Corvettes of Westchester offers a deal that includes a remote way to tune but is is more expensive.
There are shops scattered across the US that will tune your car on the dyno. Tick Performance in Mt. Airy, NC (www.tickperformance.com) is one and they are close to me. A dyno tune there is $350 but the tune is expressly suited to your car as they do it while the car is doing pulls on the dynamometer so you can see real-world results. You appear to be from Tennessee so that might be an option.
Check out the section on the forum "C5 Scan and Tune" for more info and options.

HOWEVER, the Mail Order tune is a worth while investment if you want to just tweak the tune.
The C5 PCM in closed loop is fairly AFR consistent. Where it suffers is in the WOT Power Enrichment ( PE) AFR. It is rich from the factory and if you have a lot of Long Term Fuel Trim (LTFT) adjustment away from zero LTFT to make your Closed Loop AFR accurate, the computer adds in the % of LTFT adjustment to the Power Enrichment (PE) table when you go WOT.
To see if you have excessive LTFTs, you can have someone use EFI Live or HP Tuners to Data Log the PCM. Just have to find some
