Can't say for certain but I assumed so since it was never mentioned. For primarily track with some street driving and low mileage a solid would be a consideration IMO for the extra edge it provides.
Of course there's always the Freevalve option..

Not stuck on HP, but it was the goal and I'm curious where I went wrong. Just trying to learn.
I don't want to run solid lifters - have short travels now which are a happy medium to me. Don't want the headache and noise.
The NW102 is not a 'tune' issue - apparently it's a 'C5 computer is too dumb' issue. The NW102 is now an LS3 style TB and goes the wrong way - electric signal voltages are incorrect for my computer to read.
LS2/7 90mm is in the mail though and car goes back to yoda Friday it sounds like....now I just need to finish my trailer so I can get it there! :/
