She runs through everything but turn the key and all I get is a click from around the f-box if not actually in the fuses .Have tried jumping , have bypassed the clutch switch, checked fuses 14 & 52 no codes through the cars reader or my diagnostic tool .This point looks like starter but I would like some of you guy's thoughts about this. Parked in garage last night all was fine , tried to start today and this is what I got

Reason: Info
I see you said you tried to jump it but have you physically placed hands on the battery connections? More specifically, the negative side? Checked the grounds underneath the battery?

I unhooked the neg just to see if something needed reset, I checked all visible connections as I hooked it back up .
did you remove the battery for the grounds underneath it? It does sound like starter but there are small things to continue to check before you go yankin away on the manifold (or header if you have them)

I did not but I will check them , actually no clue they were there, this is my first issue with this car . Learning as I go , that's why I am here looking for HELP . Thanks I will check those grounds

They all checked out as well nothing frayed, loose,ETC. it's strange all lights gauges and everything else works , I have never had a starter not show some sign of going out
My next guess, would be to check the wires on the solenoid, not terribly uncommon to have problems in this area. Use the link I provided and scroll down to where Bill Curlee posted a picture of his starter.
Also not sure how handy you are with multimeter but here is the schematic....
I have a very healthy garage , 80% is restoration of the classics, That's why I need help tracking down my problem .So yeah the multi meter is something I was thinking about trying tomorrow<br/>
Okay went in the garage and as anyone would do , tried to start the car, first same thing , click in the fuse box, so then I was playing with the clutch switch to see if I could hear it and hit the starter, like the power went out came back on and the car started and runs fine .. WTH ? I am thinking the water from having it washed and detailed ? Clueless for sure.
1. There is a THEFT DETERRENT RELAY in the passengers foot well, behind the toe board, above the BCM on the fire wall.. It has FOUR WIRES. MAKE SURE THAT CAR IS OUT OF GEAR!!!!
IF, you remove the relay and JUMPER the RED wire and PURPLE WIRE, the starter SHOULD crank. If it doesn't check the red wire for battery voltage, Should be hot at all times!
2. If it doesn't crank, check the Starter solenoid and make sure that the wires are properly connected (TIGHT and not damaged:
3. The GM Starter Solenoid are KNOWN to have issues. If you have someone press in the clutch, HOLD the key to CRANK while you whack the starter. If the solenoid is bad, the mechanical agitation is usually enough to make it work properly.
Give that a try.
YES, a METER is your friend! See the schematic below for test points.
