The previous owner removed the fuse that operates the windshield wiper motor. I discovered why when I put it back in, the wipers stop at the top when turned off. Funny thing is, they work perfectly when on, just when you turn them off they go to the top position and "park" themselves.
I didn't see any reference to this in a search so I'm assuming this isn't a common problem. Do you think I need a new motor?

Look at the gold cam thingy, when you shut it off the motor reverses, button should slide out of the notch, leg should kick out to catch the park pawl to park down. When it is in the slot it is in the run position, will park straight up if it does not slide out.
