Default C5 Z06 Emissions system

Hey Guys,
I bought a C5 Z06 years back that has a lot of mods.
Not to my knowledge, the "exhaust emission system" seems to have been removed to get more power, but i ended up recently moving to CA and want to put it back on so avoid trouble with cops/smog etc.

I took my car over to a local mechanic who sent me this pic of the parts i need (highlighted yellow). I'm having a terrible time finding these parts online other than part 19 - the smog pump which i easily can find for about $50 on ebay. Also Part 5 seems to be easily had for about 20 each (need 2 apparently).

Any advice on how to get the rest of the parts?
Stealership quoted $1100+!

WELL,,,,,,,,, Any reference pics that you posted failed to post. The ONLY emissions systems that you have under the hood are:

The A. I. R. (Air Injection Reaction) system which consist of an electric air pump, some pluming to each bank and A.I.R. Check Valves. If you are going to functionally use that system, purchase NEW A.I.R. Check Valves.

The PCV system and if you have a 2001-2004 C5, It consist of this:

You also have a Fuel System Evaporative Emissions vacuum connection on the drivers side of the intake manifold that goes to a Solenoid and then to the fire wall pluming that goes to the rear of the car (fuel Tank).

If you post a WANT TO BUY in the C5 parts for sale/wanted section, I'm SURE that there will be someone with ALL these parts.

Another option is contact Forum Member VETTENUTS. He own a C5 Salvage Yard and has ALL the parts that you would ever need. Good People with great parts!

Bill

What exactly is lots of mods?
Headers? Not allowed in CA unless CARB certified. Very few mods allowed in CA as most items do not pass CARB.
P.S. Too bad on the parts needed, I think I discarded all mine finally just a couple months back.

Intake, cam, exhaust. tune. I guess it's not lots of mods, but it's some.
I'm going to be putting it back to stock.

I bet your best bet is to get VETTENUTS to put together and ship you a CA OEM GET WELL package.

It will be cheaper in the long run and he will be able to get you all the parts that will fit your year C5 as a system. i.e. The exhaust manifolds and the mid pipe need to come off the same year C5 as a system. Manifolds off a 98 will NOT fit the mid pipe off of a 2000. LS6 manifolds will not fit a LS1 mid pipe. Some exhaust systems require PRE or PUP cats. Getting the wrong system may cause you to FLUNK Visual Tech Inspect.

Let me know if you have not been able to get this stuff together. I have everything you need, I just took it all off of my 2000 FRC doing a Head and Cam upgrade.

To be fair, Bill, the vast majority of techs will never know the difference between the slightly different pipes of different years. If it bolts on and comes off a stock car, it will almost certainly pass visual. Many of them don't even lift the car up, so they can't see underneath.

But it is a gamble.
