Default Back up camera ideas and recomendations

I want to put a backup camera in my 2003 C5 convertible. Are there any recomended ones that have already been installed by you guys. I want one that will let the screen be in a nice place if possible. Also guiding lines would be nice
I've also read to stay away from the wireless ones. I've already installed a nice liscense late frame and hate to hack it up but will if I need to for the camera or is there a better place for it?
By the way has anyone ever put one on the front without having it on all the time?

I installed two different E-Sky models. For the rear-view camera, I drilled holes in the panel above the license plate. The front mounts to the passenger-side nerf bar. I'm using a wireless system, which isn't perfect, but I didn't want to run video cables. The front camera has a switch on the side of the console. The monitor is connected to the 12V outlet, so it needs a switch, too, which is built in to the plug.

Talk to Dennis at Double D. He did mine, did a wonderful install with both front and rear cameras. Well worth it. At a minimum, get a double din console piece from him. Donna does great work making those.

Not sure if you have seen this one, done by some ex-Apple engineers. Kind of expensive but the camera is solar powered so no tapping wires and it will sense proximity using the two images. Pretty neat system that requires no tapping into any car system except the OBD II plug. Only concern for me would be someone ripping it off.
