Default Rough suspension

Have a 6 sp '03 30th anniversary with suspension codes FE1, FE9, FF5 and F55.
This thing rides so rough! It feels like its the rear suspension. It's a low miles car (24K).
Took the EMT tires off and still rides terrible. Are there any common issues on this?

How does that not damage the car/suspension and/or break that little piece of plastic?

Used to be a frequent occurrence here - a member with F55 would complain about a rough ride, he would be made aware of the shock stuffers and then all would be well after removing them.

There should only be one guy in the dealership that does PDI's on Corvettes. The one guy that actually reads instructions and does stuff right the first time. Not some flat rate hacker.
