Won't start need help!

Did a total rebuild on my 99 FRC and put everything back the way it was except starter. Tried starting it and would just click. Figured out I had a ground wire mixed in and it was attached to the Celanoid /starter wire. After fixing that I tried starting it again and all it does is turn over. I can smell fuel but it seems to not be getting spark? could there be a fuse out? Any knowledge would help!!

There is a ground connection at the rear of the cylinder heads that are used for the coil packs, check there first.
