No drops or pooling of oil...looks to me like "road dirt" and not a leak.

Look up to the oil dipstick where it goes into the block. Look at the low oil sensor. Check your valve cover screws for tightness. Doesn't look like a huge leak, just some seepage. Could also be something on top as oil travels funny paths to reach the bottom of the block.

I'd clean it up really well with brake parts cleaner and PaperTowels...
Then recheck in a month or so and see how much is really "leaking"

You could also try adding some dye to the oil then using a UV light to trace the leak.

Rear main seal......or just seepage and road dirt. Clean it all off then check it again in a few days.

Looks to me like its coming from higher up on the block than the rear seal. Appears to be wet right up to the starter in the photos.

So I got under the car today and cleaned everything off. I thought this was odd tho.. I was lifting the front end first and when I got it off the ground a good bit I heard a liquid draining... I looked under the car and water was pouring out of the flanges of the xpipe/axleback. I check and the bolts were a little loose but not bad, couple turns each.. here is a pic I took right after it leaked out, notice the puddle on the floor. Obviously I have an exhaust leak but I dont see how water just poured out....

There is always condensation in the exhaust pipes and mufflers
Nothing to worry about.
It's really is just water

My concern isn't the water it is how that water made it's way out of the pipes so easily. Because of the leaking and the amount of black soot on both sides I assume I have a pretty bad leak. I know it's not really a big deal though but I believe I am going to try using two gaskets instead of one on both sides and see what does... maybe some sort of gasket sealer as well.
