Convertible C5 top maintenance
so, I purchased a 1998 gorgeous convertible C5. This is my first convertible car, how do I clean and maintain the top? I have no idea.

There are several forum vendors that sell kits made to clean and protect the convertible tops. There are videos on the internet that demonstrate how to use them. If your car sits out in the weather as mine does (no garage), I have a ‘top up’ sun/weather reflector to keep the top from harmful elements and sun rays. Have fun with your car with the top down.

I buy the Ragg Top kit from the National Corvette Museum. Works good. However, when you apply the waterproofing don't be surprised when it changes color of the top. When it dries it will look great. First time I used it I thought I ruined my top.
