Check the rubber sections of the PCV system and there is also an oil level sensor as well. Have you looked at the valve cover gaskets? Problems with leaks like this is they can travel from on place to another so the leak may actually be elsewhere on the motor.

The rear cover is a known leak suspect. Did you replace it when you replaced the rear main seal?

Look at the back on top of the engine to see if the OPS is leaking. Very common and the oil spreads all over.

by chance when you changed the clutch, did you use the grease method to remove the pilot bearing? If you did you damaged the crankshaft welsh plug which would cause a huge leak.

I had a oil leak on the rear corners of the oil pan of my 2001 Coupe when I purchased it. The PO had the upper oil pan gasket replaced 3 times. Still had oil leak after all these repairs.

I removed the engine and disassembled it. The gaskets on the upper oil pan all looked like new and showed no problem that could be seen. I then began to look for reasons that would cause the upper oil pan to leak at the rear corners.

I checked for cracks and other obvious problems. I did not find any that jumped out at me. I then began to check the surface of the block and upper oil pan for any irregularities. The surface of the block was flat and needed no work.

The flange of the upper pan was warped across the rear section. It was high in the center and apparently causing to pan gasket to not seal at the rear corners. The leak was making a terrible mess on the exhaust pipe along with burning oil smell and the garage floor when parked.

I took the upper pan to my machine shop and they surfaced the upper flange and that stopped the oil leak.

A Chevrolet dealer replaced the gasket the first time and independent shops the last two times and still had the leak. I would check that surface to be sure it is not at fault.

Good luck finding your leak.
