Help- On The Road- Headlight Problem
2001Vert: headlights had. been operating fine. Off and on during rain the shine. Passenger side going up only part way. Tried to operate manually but **** keeps tuning and doesn't appear to be connected. It lifts of easily. Would appreciate specific advise. Thank you.
