So, I replaced my 1998 Corvette 4 shocks, all fitted perfectly, when lowered and tested driver front side is around 1.5" higher than passenger side. I went back and dismounted everything to verify, installed them back and issue persisted. Ride height screws verified and are exactly the same, all screws verified, I rode it twice through rough curves and bumps and still the same, any suggestion???? Please help!!!
Is it "higher than before" or "higher but more level"? Are they gas charged shocks? A new gas charge may hold the car a bit higher than prior, especially of the fronts were really shot.

There is a difference from around 1.5" from one front side to the other. Measuring it from the tire to the fender. I have tried everything, I am running out of ideas. Used the car several times, called the vendor and his response was like he has a very bad day.
No support or options at all, at one point in time he asked me "Ok what do you want me to do?" the least I was expecting was for them to ask me for pictures or if I had used the car, but nothing, just attitude. From me one less customer.

I thought it was off front to back, not side to side in the front. I would carefully examine the spring for cracks, won't be the first time a spring has failed.
It is pretty obvious the difference from one side to the other. I am confirming it with a measuring tape from the top of the tire to the fender edge, and btw the tires are new too, so they would not be the difference.

Sorry to ask this rookie question, what spring should I look for? There is no spring on the front suspension, just the shocks and the arms.
Are the lowering bolts set roughly the same on each side?
Also, sit in the driver's seat and have someone measure; it's possible that the car is adjusted to be level with a driver in the car.

Measuring tire to fender gap is not the best way. Try this:
