I was going to ask you if the shocks had the same pressure gas charge in them but,, you stated that swapping side to side didnt change the issue.
Take the shocks off and see if the car is still uneven. Check the suspension side to side for the same travel and same droop when jacked up.
If you rest the car on the ground without the shocks connected and it is still uneven, either the spring is bad or the suspension is binding on one side or the other. My guess is you have a damaged / defective spring..

Could it have been like this before with the old shocks and maybe you didn't take notice?
Any noises when you drive over a bump like a drive-way apron?
It is possible that one side of the rear suspension is higher than the other. If the right rear is higher than then the left rear, it will make the the left front lower than the right front.
