2001 Z06 Headlight Concern
Above I have posted a video of my concern. My left side Headlight will stay about halfway up when the headlights are switched off. When switched on they both come up normally and work fine. When turned off, they both close normally. About half a second after both headlights are closed, the left side will come back up about halfway and stay there. If I manually close the light it stays down when the car is turned on, until the headlamps are switched on again. Please help. I was thinking it may be an initialization concern or something.
If you know what the exact problem is, I would appreciate the help.

Pretty common C5 problem.
