Driver side door lock and window problem
I have a 2003 coupe. Overnight both the driver door lock and window stopped working. Passenger side is fine and the mirror control works.
The window is down. No noise is made when pushing the buttons.
I had an spare door control module and swapped it in. No change.
Any ideas what is the cause?

Open your door, grad hold of the pleated rubber sleeve that protects the wires running into the door and wiggle it around while trying to operate the window up down switch. This is a known area for wires to become worn. You might a have a broken wire inside of the insulation.

I don't have the door control module in the car right now. It will be tomorrow before I can install it and read to codes. Thanks for working with me on this. It's kinda weird that the other switches in the door work.
