It seems Like I have to replace my battery once a year Yellow Top Optima's . I have replaced my Alternator it's a 110 AMP is there some other things I need to check . Its not daily driver. I start it up at least twice a week and let it run to normal temperature .
Letting the car idle to operating temperature does not garauntee the battery is charged. You have to drive it and get the RPMs up. As suggested, a good quality battery maintainer (smart charger) is in order. A good battery maintainer will only charge the battery when needed and keep it at optimal charge. CTEK and Battery Tender are a couple of examples.
Also, from what I've heard, the yellow top and red top battery quality isn't what it used to be.

100% DIT DOT!! Idling a car to maintain the battery charge is NOT going to keep it charged.
Your C5 has a "NORMAL" parasitic battery draw of 20-25 mA when it just sitting OFF.
A good brand new fully charged battery will allow you to store the car for 30-40 days and still crank / start the engine. HOWEVER,,, If the cars electronics isn't working correctly, you could possibly have a parasitic battery draw that is ABNORMAL and that will cause the battery to die in short order.
ONLY way to figure that out is to do a parasitic battery current draw test. Put a AMP Meter in series with the neg battery cable/battery terminal and see what it is after the BCM goes into sleep mode..
