My recommendation would be to remove the changer from the car and open up the housing. You should be able to get to the stuck CD. There are 4 or 6 screws holding the cover on the changer.

Not overly complicated, but I wouldn't trust my wife to do it.
You might find a long slender piece of wood, or plastic helpful (not talking about the wife). Takes some patience (still not talking about the wife).

I just fixed my 12 CD last week. Had to unplug it and take it out, then take it apart to get a home made CD out of it that the previous owner had put in. Total time was about 1/2 hour. Not that complex, obviously, if I can do it
