I got home a bit early yesterday, and managed to get both headers into the car.
I ended up not bending the A/C line. I jacked up the passenger side of the engine a bit, and slowly worked the header around the batwing. This was with the starter removed.
The driver's side required disconnecting the steering shaft from the rack, but went in very easily.
I took some photos of how much/little and where I had to raise the engine. I don't know how to host them, though.
Thanks for everyone's advice!
