1998 Vert.

Ok a few weeks ago I swapped intakes for an LS6. No issues other than I forgot to reconnect the HVAC vacuum line in the back. Yesterday I took the intake off again and connected the vacuum line. Put everything back together and now the engine light is on. She seems to be running a lil rougher. I suspect a another vacuum line some where. Checked all the connectors on the wiring harness ... All good. No I do not have any codes ... do not know how to pull them. I did find the below. What is this???

Dunno what that is, but to pull codes, put the key in and turn it just until the ACC mode is activated, then hold down the "Options" button and press the "Fuel" button four times quickly in succession.

Got it running again. It was a vacuum leak. Still not sure what the part is. Cleared all the codes. Everything is good. Engine light is out

Thank
