That sounds like an APPLY SERVO O ring squeal. That servo applies the force to one of the drum bands when you shift to Drive.
As long as it working fine, I wouldn't be to concerned. It might make less noise over time after it wears in.
Are you POSITIVE that you properly filled the trans????? Did you open the fill port with the engine RUNNING and trans fully warm and add fluid?

Thank's Mr.Bill!
Positive at all!!!
Another problem that happen is a slippage, when i drive in D and it put the 3rd gear from 2700 rpm to 3500-4000rpm at 50% accelerator. Also on lower rpm the lock up set in really late.
Is possible a bad stall converter?Possible that the stock stall converter soffer the shift kit?it's really faster than stock.
I'm going to make some video that will help you or somebody else to understand better.

If I'm not mistaken, you can access and inspect that servo easily. Pop it out and see if you have damaged seals or a damaged piston.
Slippage will burn up those bands very quickly.
