Default 2000 moves then quits

Hello everyone, my 2000 vet with 33k miles I bought new just started having problem. starts rite up then after it goes about 10 feet dies...it will start rite back up but continues to do this. I had a dealer recall in 05 and they removed the steering column lock plate . it is an automatic... I had the dealer test the keys and said they are fine, I charged the battery and still quits... after I put the key in and start it the security light goes out, then the dash says remove key and wait ten seconds, then says service steering column lock, then service traction system, then service abs. I heard theres a reset switch somewhere ? Any ideas ?

Agree with the others and I have the LMC5 as well. In the mean time, take the battery cables off, clean them and torque them properly. Sounds silly, but this can be a solution for some. Still do the LMC5 either way as it is a great long term solution.

Yes, the LMC5 is very easy to install, has good instructions with it, and if you happen to run into any issues, Richard at Compliance Parts is one of the finest people to deal with that you'll ever meet. Also, yes, the battery issues are easy but if you're not comfortable with any of this, find a competent friend or mechanic. Both are easy jobs.
