Default Weak starter

Occasionally having issues with my starter, it'll crank very slowly, almost like a weak battery. If I sit and cycle the key a bit eventually it'll crank normally and fire. Seems to be happening more frequently the past week, has happened on cold and warm starts. Starter was replaced 6 years ago, probably put 70k or so since then. Sounds like time for another starter?

Could be one of several issues. I'd check battery voltage first, connections to battery and starter second, then look at the starter. Starter solenoids have been known to be a weak spot on our cars. GL and let us know what you find.

Got lifetime warranty on the starter so I'll just change it out. Don't think it's a battery issue as this isn't happening consistently and normally after cycling the solenoid a couple times it'll crank normally. Connections look good too.
