When I'm turning at low speeds, like in a parking lot, and on a bumpy or uneven road I feel through the steering something loose in the front end. I don't hear any metal on metal or knocking sounds I can just feel it in the wheel that something seems to be a little loose. It's when I'm turning right btw. Is a stabilizer bar end link a likely culprit?
I would like to help, but can only think that the stuff you feel at low speed, would not be fun at high speed. Right front always gets it, the gutter track puts on extra wear.
Endlinks are a consideration. Examined my front recently, torn boots on either side. Not much grease left, got a kinda clinky sound over rough pavement at loud speeds. Couple of MOOG endlink replacements and it's gone. Also greased the leaf spring bushings a little bit. Bushings there also take a beating.

When they are bad they usually just make some noise, and if really bad, broken, or missing they will allow more body lean.
However, they shouldn't make the steering feel loose, especially at low speeds where they are not really controlling body lean.
If you are feeling something loose in the steering it is probably something in the steering or suspension like tie rod ends, steering rack, bad bushings, ball joints, etc.
