Default engine mount replace

2001 c5 corvette oil pan setting on front leaf spring.
Noticed while servicing that the front of oil pan is seating on the front leaf spring. I am pretty sure this is not the norm. Cant find any information on this, need to know if anyone has replaced engine mounts on a c5.

No, it not normal. Just unbolt the mount and jack up one side of the engine at a time and replace the mount.

Pretty simple.

Be careful not to squash the intake manifold into the fire wall and break it.

I know mine touches the oil pan with the front control arms disconnected, but I have the 3/8" lower hinson poly mounts. It might even touch with the control arms connected and the suspension unloaded when off the ground, but I can't say for sure.

Was the suspension loaded or unloaded when you noticed this? (ie was the suspension hanging?)

edit: I also have a z06 front spring.
