Default P0751 code remains

AAMCO rebuilt the transmission, engine light comes on code P0751, replaced solenoid twice after code came back. They just replaced the harness and 10 days later (today) code comes back again! They are now asking their techs and will respond Monday. It’s all warranty work so it’s not about paying out more money. Just can’t figure out what’s going on. Any ideas? Anyone else has had this demon keep returning?

Did you go back with the stock stall torque converter?

No, they told me it had one of the biggest torque converter they have seen in a while. They told me I could go back to stock and obviously lose speed or go with a large racing one. I opted to go with the racing one as it was quite quick to begin with. It is a Lingenfelter 383 stroker that had sizable torque. What are your thoughts with that install? Is there something they could have missed?

After searching the code on google i came across a few threads of people having that code pop up after installing a large torque converter. Seems pretty common, the only solution i saw was to have a tuner delete the code.

Here is one of the threads i came across:

i did come across that, thank you. i just am kind of a perfectionist with this car and want to make sure i take care of its every need. if AMMCO tech guys come up with anything different other than it's normal, i will post it here for reference for others. Thanks for helping me out. Corvette Forum members are the best solving issues.
