Runs good HP scanner show 100% TPS open and no Limp mode ! know only issue HP scanner not reading rpm ? Kind of hard to tune ?
Inserted inserted Go Point Blue tooth ODB11 and rpm reads fine on phone app .. so ECU putting out the info .

Well yes visibly did not seem to be opening full but HP Scanner say 98-100% ?
Have RPM back in scanner for some reason RPM channel not set to "SAE" who know runs great but still having my tuner run through the tune in few weeks while car is in shop for clutch .
Thanks for everyones help ! lot of wasted time on bad ebay part ..a lesson learned .

This mod feels better than all the work and extra comp ratio than the ported heads had on car .
Just read a thread where guy was getting 29 extra rwhp and 20 ft lbs of tq ?
Will find out when get car on dyno .
A bit concerned about not getting actual WOT on physical TB but ECU reporting is is 100% .
Can’t find any info on that

I just took a video of mine opening all the way I'll post it in a bit.
It should open all the way. Maybe you can post a video too? If it doesn't, it's defective. When I looked at your tune, the scaler was .182. Did you change that?
Not sure how much I gained, but it feels like I gained torque and horsepower at all rpms. Gains are low and high. Very, very pleased.
