You have a 2001-2004 MN12 transmission. You can UP_Grade to any improved SYNTHETIC ATF. I personally use the AMSOIL ATF..
The AMSOIL Torque Drive ATF can also be used in the older MN6 trans without any issues. Changing the trans ATF will result in smoother shifting!!
It takes 4 qts BUT, you will only be able to drain out 3.75 and refill 3.75.

Besides personal choices that you will see posted, look thru the Owner's Manual to see what GM recommends. For example the factory fill for the C5 engines is Mobil-1 5W-30.
Most other name brands of 5W-30 oil will be Dexos1 certified so you should be able to use them with confidence. The manual trans uses DexronIII ATF. The diff uses 75W-90 synthetic gear oil with a 4 oz. bottle of the GM Limited Slip additive.
For brakes, a good quality DOT3 fluid. You can also use a DOT4 fluid for performance driving. Coolant is a 50% mix of DexCool and distilled water. Use a good brand of PS fluid.

Yes, Most of the 90/75 Diff Gear Lube that is Gl-5 rated has limited slip additive already in it. I have used the GL-5 Lube and have NOT had to add any extra limited slip additive.
Most of the auto parts chains have the additive in 5 0z tubes
