Default Quiet free flow mufflers ?

Is this an oxymoron ? I want a stealthy ( quiet ) exhaust that works. Are there any out there ?

IMO, the factory setup is the closest you are going to get. :yesnod:

Mine is very quiet at highway speeds, as well as around town, until you step on it! Then it sounds great. I have the B&B Tri-flo mufflers, plus the A&A bypass pipes; this combo turned it into a stealth machine..... :jester

My Borla Street performance system is pretty darn sneaky, and from the dyno, flows well to boot! :D

Quiet free flow mufflers

Isnt that an oxymoron? Free flowing affects the sound. The more exhaust you have flowing out the louder it gets.

I have h/c,headers and I currently have the corsa touring exhaust on now.Not to bad around town go WOT and it gets a little loud. But a nice tone.

Fast forward to next week. :smash: I will soon be installing my Borla Stingers. Now that is flow. And when I push the little red button I am sure it will be very loud.

When I first started moding my car I wanted it to be quiet. But now I want flow. Nothing better than a straight through design to handle that.

What about Magnaflows? Most of them are prety quiet? I also installed two 12" Dynomax bullets in the tunnel behind the cats for noise sucking. You can barely hear the 224 cam w/ headers:D

I want the best of both worlds. Stealth is very important.
Got any radar absorbing material ?

The stock Z06 Ti exhaust gets my vote for a quiet free-flowing system that still sounds good, and you can't beat the weight!
