C5 magnasteer problem
Hello , I have a corvette c5 1998 , I have a problem with the magnasteer system. at zero speed , steering wheel is very soft ; but on around 25 mph , the wheel sart to get very hard as if I was driving 80 mph . what could be the problem ? thank you guys

Have you pulled DIC codes? If you don't know how here's the essential video to have on file showing you how;
My immediate guess is that there is an issue with the Steering Wheel Position Sensor (SWPS) that will potentially show itself as a stored DIC code. If it is an SWPS issue then you're going to be up you-know-where creek without a paddle as the SWPS for 97-00 cars has been discontinued and only used parts are available (at roughly ~$500 for the part).
