Power window issue (binds sometimes)
So my driver's window(2001) has started having an issue going down. It'll go about halfway then sound like something gets bound up. If I help push down on it while its going down, it'll go down all the way w/o issue. I took the door panel off to have a look and w/o the panel on it goes up and down by itself just fine. Put the panel back on and it binds up again. I checked the 2 pink pulleys and the wire over them and everything looks fine on those as its moving. Any ideas what the issue is? Is the motor just wearing out and can't overcome the friction of the felt strips?
