HVAC unit interchangability?
Is it possible to put a "digital HVAC unit" in place of the manual one that I have in my 98? Has anyone done this and if so, what is involved? Thanks ahead for your time and knowledge..

ANYTHING is possible with a big enough hammer, a cutting torch, LOTS of time and a big BANK ACCOUNT.
The simple answer is FORGETABOUTIT.
Its a very complicated swap and would require a LOT of cash, time and MAJOR C5 DISASSEMBLY! You would need a donor C5 with the duel climate control to rob from..
The entire dash would need to be removed and then an entire duel climate control HVAC unit AIR BOX with the correct wiring harness and ALL the required modules and sensors.
