Default electrical fault

I own a corvette c5 2002 which presents me with a general failure of the electrical system, radio does not work, air conditioning, do not lower the windows, does not clean the windshield etc, which can be the fault? Can someone help me?

Did it all just stop working or did something happen?

What voltage does your battery show as measured with a meter at the battery terminals?

With no power, you have to start at the battery.
I have a similar issue with 2 different cars over the last couple months.
My C5 had intermittent compete loss of electrical power.

After going through worst case scenarios (and the resultant stress) in my head, turned out to be a simple (and cheap) fix

Check for loose, stripped, and or corroded terminals.
I found the threads on the terminal post were stripped, which caused a loose fit, and intermittent no power.
Replaced the posts, wirebrushed both cables, no more problem.

GFs spare car had been sitting for some time - no power, wouldn't even turn over with jumper cables.
Ok, maye the battery is completely flat - let her car and the jump car stay connected for 1/2 hour. still no joy -
meter read zero, even with the jump cables still connected
When I unscrewed the terminals to pull the battery, discovered heavy corrosion on the base of the terminal.
Retest battery without the terminals screwed in - meter said 14v.
Screw the terminals back in, 0 volts on the meter.
Replaced the terminals (2.50$/pair at advance auto).
Started right up.

Check in the stickys. (top of section) I wonder if corrosion at G-101 could be your problem. It's a multi wire ground @ top of frame below the upper radiator hose. ( Black plastic )
