2000 C5 convert. Cold start RPM surge
The RPM briefly/momentarily spikes at the first cold start of the day {I.e. after overnight }RPM quickly drops back to normal RPM. No other noticeable issues other than the the short spike in RPM in the first seconds of starting.

Do you own a scan tool ??...you should !!...you have an expensive Corvette...LOL !!! ??...well anyway, if so I'd be looking at TPS indicated angle vs. TPS desired angle if your scan tool shows that PID...should be low around 5-8%...if high around say 15-20% or so you might have a dirty throttle body...if no scan tool I'd look at that throttle body !!
