Spend $60 on a muffler shop doing a bypass on your stock mufflers, if you don't know what I am talking about Google "c5 muffler bypass mod"
525rwhp is very easy on a stock c5 with 10psi
you will love it.
if on a budget save money on headers and all that stuff till your boosted.
Don't forget to have fun while your at it and save for tires and tires and more tires

My '02 coupe came with a Vortec supercharger when I bought it. It had been installed as a "kit" that included the blower, a water intercooler, larger injectors, and a SuperChips tune made for the package. The car also had a set of Corsa Indy Pace Car cat-back exhaust and an X-pipe. No headers. Other than that, the car was (is) in stock form. The blower had been set for 7 pounds of boost. Dyno runs showed just under 450HP and 410 ft-lbs of torque.at the rear wheels. It still delivers 30+ MPG at 75 in 6th gear!
