Sounds familiar
I have 8 years of that type of treatment with the Docs!:flag
You gotta be less than 200 miles away? No problem, you the drive the vette down, rent a car near the Vette Doc's, drive back home and vice versa on the way back (rent in RI, drop off in L.I.) to get the car with your new stroker motor .
That is what I did (sans the stroker) but with about 320 miles each way. Hell, if I lived where you do I would drive down for fun once a week to look at the cars they are working on.
