The ZO6 Ti muffler was ONLY available on the 2001-2004 ZO6. YES,, it is much different BUT, it is a direct fit on ANY C5.
The CAT Back portion of the ZO6 system is all Ti, flow much better than OEM LS1, Its 26 pounds lighter than the LS1 OEM, wont rust or corrode, Looks a LOT nicer tip wise and will be a little bit louder on a non ZO6 LS1 engine. If you add heads and a good cam to the LS-1, the muffler will wake up and sound nice and gusto! Especially at WOT. YES, it bolts right in.. No muss or fuss

Runnng them on my ‘99 FRC. Has SLP headers and midpipe. The SLP Loudmouth was ridiculously loud so I installed a set of Z06 mufflers. Sounds great to me. Not too quiet, but I use noise cancelling earbuds on a long drive.
