How can I tell if the muffler is from C5 ZO6?

Check out Chris Draper's YouTube channel My Corvette Life. He checks the exhaust on his C5. One of the big differences with the Z06 exhaust is that is made from titanium.

Per above; Z = round tips, the word titanium stamped on them, and are titanium (which looks like, uh, titanium).

Ti is non-magnetic. Of course, so are some stainless steels.

Lastly what is reasonable price for used ZO6 Muffler. I saw one guy asking $500.00.

$300-400 are the going prices. Ahhhhhh,,,, $500 is way tooo much IMHO! Shipping has a big roll in the price.. I shipped mine from CT to CA via Gray Hound express many years ago and saved tone in shipping cost.

Last saw a guy on here that got a C5 Ti set for $300.. Smacking deal!!
