Is the display dead???? You can disassemble the IPC and re seat all the plug in stuff.. Sometimes that gets it working again. Carefully inspect the mother board for damage and also look at the main IPC connector where it connects to the board. Look for cold solder joints and or corrosion.

My DIC issue is the Chevy Corvette logo lights up initially, then the odometer shows briefly...then the DIC goes blank. All the other instrument cluster parts work normally.
All the fuses connections check out fine. The plan is to check the IPC, then replace the ignition switch.

100% YEP!! Recommend that you connect a DC Volt Meter to the IPC Fuse test points and read the voltage during turn on. When the IPC FAULTS, that voltage may show LOW.. YES,,,, That would point to a faulty Ignition switch..
