Hmm. The toe looks decent. I might try to go for Pfadt street-track specs, but it won't be a big change regardless. If those specs are accurate, if all your bushings are tight, if the tires are new, and the car still wanders ... unless there's some weird grooving in one specific road (eg, where I live, CA85 has grooving that matches the pirellis on my buick and made it wander when they were new), I might be looking at mechanical issues. I won't guess what specifically, though, but I might bring it in to a shop (either a good independent, a race shop, or a dealer that actually knows wtf they're doing) and show them the issue and ask them what they'd do to correct it.
Lowered cars can have bump-steer issues and require bump-steer kits, but on stock bolts, I haven't really heard of that being a thing.
