Default DIC Buttons Not Working

A few days ago all the buttons on the right side of the instrument cluster ceased to function. None of the functions of the DRIVER INFORMATION CENTER are working. I can't find any blown fuses anywhere. What could be the cause of this failure?
I can't see my odometer, or anything else in the DIC.

Buttons are lighted when headlights are on. DIC display is working. Just none of the button functions are working, not even the reset. Nothing happens when any of the buttons are depressed.

Thanks for the tip. I'll try disconnecting the battery to see if the IPC circuitry reboots. It was working perfectly two days ago. I had a little bit of trouble getting the on board diagnostics to display the trouble codes, but it finally did display the codes.
The last two times I drove the car a very unusual code popped up that I can't find anywhere. It was "QC 323111" in the DIC display. This popped up without trying to access trouble codes with the On Board Diagnostics.
This car is a 1997 Supercharged LS-1R and highly modified with automatic transmission. It has a Procharger and the PCM has a label that says 7 psi, 38 GM injectors, A4 transmission, and 3.42 gears. Unfortunately the friend I bought it from died while flying to the Bahamas in 2009, so I never found out all that had been done to the car.
I had to remove the PCM from the car a few weeks ago because it was blowing the fuse that supplies always ON battery power to the PCM. It would not even start. I found a horrible amount of corrosion in the two connectors. Inside the connectors and outside the PCM, it was covered in exfoliating corrosion. It took about a week of scraping with an x-acto blade to remove all the corrosion and clean out the connectors cavities with contact cleaners . I found blue oxide around the Power Pins right at the bases. The car runs perfectly now, but I purchased a spare PCM from a salvage yard, just in case the old one failed. The 1997 PCM is very difficult to find used. I need to have the program copied and flashed to my spare PCM but I haven't found anyplace to get it done yet. If you know where I could get the spare PCM programmed with the original PCM's parameters, I'd appreciate the information. Thanks for responding.
