Led high/low beam swap

Led high/low beam swap
I am considering replacing our C5 high/low beam halogen headlights with LASFIT LED’s. Has anyone done this, or a similar, swap? The LED’s are inexpensive - if they don’t work - I can go back to the replacement halogens. Any thoughts/suggestions appreciated.

If you put LEDs in the stock housings, the light will appear brighter - but the light will scatter everywhere and blind oncoming traffic.

I use high beam LED's in both the high beam and low beam socket. Both LED's are aimed....do not blind on coming traffic.....and have been using this setup for a few years now.

Plenty of people run LED’s despite the scatter issue. The real issue for me is getting the lights to work properly with the led. Many people report that the lights won’t go up and/or down without turning on the high beams first. Some people couldn’t get their lights to go down at all. Apparently the car is super sensitive to the change in power draw from the led.
