Cam install, Northern CA?
I'm not going to tackle to cam install myself since you need to pull the rack on the C5.
Who in Norcal can install a cam at a reasonable price. HRH is out and corvettecare wants full price to remove the heads and machine for valve springs, even though it's not at all necessary with a B1.
Any others? I was thinking $750-800 should be reasonable.

Hook up with Car Wash King :yesnod: ... maybe he'll trailor your car to us for a nominal fee. He's got to come and see us soon anyway... might as well bring your car with him:D We'll do it without taking the heads off. You can fly in and drive her home. Might want to consider a dyno tune with that new cam too. Whadaya say? :)

try Ralph Gobel's Hot Rod Heaven in Sacramento. He did excellent work on my car and at a great price. Tuning is another story, you will have to either choose Ed Wright, Cole, or MMS. I was hesitant to have my PCM tuned remotely, but Ed's programming worked well on the first try. Good luck.
