A friend of mine passed away earlier this Spring and has an 03 C5 that I sold to him last Fall The car is sitting on moving casters and his wife asked me if I could get the car back on garage floor. Any suggestions on how to do this safely without having to chase the car around the garage? She wanting to sell it soon.

Just make sure it is in a position you can roll it from. Most people I know that put cars on casters push them into a corner so they don't take up space while not in use.
Just jack the back up remove the dollies lower the car repeat with the front. Five minute job.
I agree....as long as the car hasn't been lowered, and won't allow you to get the jack out, once the wheels hit the ground. If THAT'S the case, I'd suggest get a jack under the front, raise the car high enough to set a pair of ramps under the tires, then do the same in the rear.
Common sense tells me that unless the car is on a slope you can just jack it up and take the casters out.
If it is on a slope it would have already rolled to where it wanted to go and then you can jack it up and remove the castors.
I am not a rocket scientist but this job does not seem to need much thought to do.
However, if you do what I say and get hurt, I will deny posting this. I will blame it on my wife.
Good luck and I will pray for your success.
