Default HVAC Code B0367 Right Actuator Feedback Open

2004 Coupe, Pulled the codes and got HVAC Code B0367 Right Actuator Feedback Open. But here's the kicker. The left side vents are warm, right side is Ice cold. I also checked Freon and low side pressure with the system on, fans at max is 32 psi so I'm good there.
So which side Actuator is bad, left or right? Could it be possible to interpret the code description as Right side feedback open because it isn't getting a signal from the left side?
Once I ran the DTC's I reset the HVAC code and heard the left side actuator indexing. Couldn't tell if the right side was doing anything from sitting in the drivers seat.
So before i tear apart the dash and buy a new Actuator i want to make sure I'm replacing the correct one.

On a side note: Had a couple of guys from one of the C5 pages on Facebook claim the Dorman 604-106 replacement is crap and get a GM 89018365 or AC Delco 1572971

15 year old car.....pull the dash and replace both. You have to pull the dash to replace the right side anyway.

This is my problem also. Compressor is full, system holds Freon, I can hear the fan motor behind the dash blowing hard but barely any air is coming out the vents and what is, is warm. actuator doors aren't working. Is there anywhere on the forum with detailed directions on how to remove my 1999 dashboard to this level for blend door replacement and fan motor air flow?
