PLEASE, give up the C4 or that era cameo parts in a C5. I know of NOTHING C4 or Chevy NON VETTE parts that will fit a C5. Like I said before, with enough cash and enough will, I guess anything will fit but it wont be pretty or maybe even safe or reliable.
C5 was a revolutionary corvette platform change. They started with a clean sheet of paper and made a very unique one of a kind platform.

Well, here are some NON C5 parts for your C5. They don't just bolt in but can be made to fit for a lesser cost that the actual C5 part. Check out the link:

And YES, C6 parts adapt well to C5 in some areas. I have C6 ZO6 parts in my differential, Cadillac Racing lifters in the engine, C6 ZO6 Shocks and My MN12 ZO6 transmission is converted to a T60/60 C6 trans.
